Karachi Metropolitan Corporation is inviting sealed tenders for the development and rehabilitation of parks, lighting, and irrigation systems at various locations across Karachi for the financial year 2026-2027. The works are being procured by the Parks & Horticulture Department, KMC, and cover a wide range of civil and electrical works in public parks and recreational spaces. Items being procured: - Rehabilitation of lighting system and irrigation system at Bagh-e-Ibne Qasim Clifton, KMC (Rs. 38.29 Million) - Development of Khatak Park at UC-6 Mominabad Town, KMC (Rs. 40.00 Million) - Development of Park at Sector 7/B, Surjani UC-8 Manghopir Town, KMC (Rs. 40.00 Million) - Development of Family/Ground UC-1 Sohrab Goth Town, KMC (Rs. 49.99 Million) - Development of Park/Ground at Sector 7/A, Surjani UC-8 Manghopir Town, KMC (Rs. 49.99 Million) - Development of Family Park at UC-4 Mominabad Town, KMC (Rs. 40.00 Million) - Development of Park at UC-16 Manghopir Town, KMC (Rs. 40.00 Million) - Development of Golden Park Sector 11-G New Karachi Town, KMC (Rs. 25.00 Million) - Development of Family Park at UC-2 Mominabad Town, KMC (Rs. 40.00 Million) - Rehabilitation of lighting system and irrigation system at Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Park Clifton, KMC (Rs. 21.796 Million) - Rehabilitative of Park at Chandni Chowk at Hilal Society, KMC (Rs. 40.00 Million) - Development of Islamia Park Sector 11-G New Karachi Town, KMC (Rs. 25.00 Million) - Development of Park UC-09 Manghopir Town, KMC (Rs. 25.00 Million) - Development of Family Park Sector 5-D UC-4 New Karachi Town, KMC (Rs. 40.00 Million) - Development of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Park Gulshan-e-Hadeed, KMC (Rs. 40.00 Million) The technical scope includes civil works such as concrete dismantling, paving, irrigation, lighting, and landscaping, with detailed BOQ available in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with PEC in the relevant category (C-5 or C-6 and above), possess valid specialized codes, and have experience in similar nature works. FBR/NTN and Sindh Revenue Board registration is mandatory, along with annual audited reports, machinery lists, and bank statements for the last three years. Earnest Money (Bid Security) and Tender Fees must be submitted as per the schedule, with amounts ranging from Rs. 12,50,000 to Rs. 25,00,000 depending on the lot. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADS SPPRA Sindh portal and physically at the office of the Chairman Procurement Committee, Parks & Horticulture Department, KMC, inside Bagh-e-Jinnah (Frere Hall), Fatima Jinnah Road, Karachi, by 28-08-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM.
