Procurement of Passive Ultra High Frequency RFID Tags and Handheld RFID Readers

The Directorate General Excise, Taxation and Narcotics Control, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, is procuring Passive Ultra High Frequency (UHF) RFID Tags and Handheld RFID Readers on a framework contract basis. This procurement is specific to the Peshawar region and aims to enhance tracking and monitoring capabilities through advanced RFID technology. The contract will initially last one year with a possible extension up to three years based on performance and value-for-money assessment. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers or authorized dealers/distributors registered with Income and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Physical bids are not accepted. The technical bid opening will be held on May 06, 2026, at 11:30 AM. A bid security of Rs. 80,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Demand Draft must be uploaded and the original submitted physically before the deadline.
