Items being procured: - Preparing sub grade including earth excavation or filling to an average depth of 9" dressing to camber and consolidation with power roller - Providing and laying aggregate base course with CBR 80% as per AASHTO standards - Applying priming coat or tack coat with approved binder - 1/2" thick asphalt concrete wearing course plant mix laying mechanically to proper line and grade The scope includes earthworks, base course laying, priming, and asphalt concrete application to ensure durable road surfaces. The work will be executed under the supervision of the Executive Engineer, TMC Ibrahim Hyderi. Contractors must have valid PEC registration in relevant categories, NTN, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and professional tax certificates. Experience of at least 5 years with satisfactory completion certificates and a turnover of 2 to 4 million PKR over the last three years is required. Electrical and mechanical licenses are also necessary for related works. Earnest money of 5% and bid validity of 90 days apply.
