Pavement of Streets at Various Locations in Bara, District Khyber

Tehsil Municipal Administration Bara, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids through EPADS under the Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure as per KP-PPRA Rules, 2014. The procurement is for the "Rokhana Qabail Integrated Development Package for District Khyber" under ADP 261000 for the financial year 2026-27. The works involve pavement of streets at multiple locations within Bara, District Khyber. Items being procured: - Pavement of Streets at Sepah, Bara, District Khyber (Estimated Cost Rs. 461,000) - Pavement of Streets at Malik Din Khel, Bara, District Khyber (Estimated Cost Rs. 390,000) - Pavement of Streets at Shin Qamer & Upper Bara, District Khyber (Estimated Cost Rs. 380,000) - Pavement of Streets at Mushtraqa Aka Khel, Bara, District Khyber (Estimated Cost Rs. 400,000) - Pavement of Streets at Aka Khel, Bara, District Khyber (Estimated Cost Rs. 410,000) - Pavement of Streets at Shalober, Bara, District Khyber (Estimated Cost Rs. 400,000) - Pavement of Streets at Kamer Khel, Bara, District Khyber (Estimated Cost Rs. 410,000) The scope includes street pavement works based on the Market Rate System (MRS) 2025 (1st Bi-Annual). Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must also be registered with KPRA and provide 2% earnest money in the form of a call deposit. The bid security and additional security requirements depend on the bid price relative to the engineer's estimate. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk by 05/10/2026 at 12:00 PM, with original bid documents submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Bara. Late or hand-delivered bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
