Paver Blocks and Drainage Upgrades in MC Pano Akil Sukkur

The Public Health Engineering Division Sukkur is procuring works for the construction and upgrading of paver blocks and drainage systems in Municipal Committee Pano Akil, covering Wards 1 to 8. This project involves extensive civil works including excavation, cement concrete works, brickwork, reinforced concrete, and paving block flooring. The scope includes surface drains of types I and II, repair of existing drains, and laying of cement paving blocks with natural colors and specified strength. The works are to be executed in Sukkur, Sindh, under the supervision of the Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sukkur. The technical scope covers excavation in foundations, cement concrete plain and reinforced works, pacca brickwork, construction of standard open drains with cement concrete cunette blocks, cement plastering, and fabrication of mild steel reinforcement. The paving blocks flooring includes excavation, earth compaction, carriage of earth, and laying of cement paving blocks with specified dimensions and strength. All works must comply with PWD and Public Health Engineering specifications and standards. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant categories CE-09 and EE-11, possess valid FBR and Sindh Revenue Board registrations, and demonstrate experience in similar works executed in the last five years. Financial soundness is required with audited reports for the last three years and an average annual turnover not less than the estimated cost. Bidders must submit earnest money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee equivalent to 5% of the bid price. The bid validity period is 90 days.
