Bidders must possess relevant PEC codes (EE02, EE04, EE11(vi), EE11(vv)) for specific lots, and all firms must be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. Earnest money (bid security) is required as per each lot, to be prepared in favor of the Assistant Director (Senior), LG&RDD Tehsil Headquarter Babozai, District Swat. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk) by 12:00 PM on 07 August 2026, with physical financial proposals delivered to the office at Gulkada No.1, Swat.
