Provision of Perishable and HMT/HAT/Coolies/Hired Lab Contracts for FCNA Area 2027

Headquarters Force Command Northern Areas (FCNA) invites sealed bids for the provision of Perishable and HMT/HAT/Coolies/Hired Lab Contracts for the FCNA area of responsibility for the period from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. This procurement is being conducted under PPRA Rules 2004 and is open to all registered ASC contractors who meet the eligibility criteria. Items being procured: - Perishable Contracts (details as per tender documents) - HMT Contracts (Heavy Mechanical Transport) - HAT Contracts (Heavy Artillery Transport) - Coolies (manual labor services) - Hired Lab Contracts (laboratory services) All interested ASC registered contractors are required to submit their applications for pre-qualification and contract details to the office of AD S&T HQ FCNA (S&T Branch) Gilgit by 01 September 2026. After necessary scrutiny and verification of Standing Security deposits and security re-verification, contractors can obtain tender forms by 13 September 2026. The sanctioning authority reserves the right to cancel any or all documents based on technical or other aspects. Firms must deposit Earnest Money at 2 percent of the contract value (maximum PKR 10 lac) in favor of AD S&T HQ FCNA (S&T Branch) Gilgit. Tender forms must be deposited before 1000 hours on 14 September 2026. No tenders will be accepted after this deadline. Tenders will be opened at 1100 hours on the same day at HQ FCNA Gilgit. Bidders are advised to submit their tenders in closed envelopes to ensure confidentiality and compliance with the submission requirements. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all Standing Security deposits and security verification documents are up to date and complete before submission, as incomplete documentation may lead to disqualification.
