Hiring of Photostat Shops Services at International Islamic University Islamabad

International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites E-bids on EPAD from firms or general services suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on FBR's Active Taxpayers List (ATL) for the supply of services at IIUI New Campus H-10 and Old Campus Faisal Mosque on a rental basis for running Photostat Shops. Items being procured: - Photostat Shop, DME Block, Faculty of Engineering & Technology Block New Campus (Covered Area 75) - Photostat at English Department, Block-I, Male Campus (Covered Area 108) - Photostat Shop, DEE Block, Faculty of Engineering & Technology Block New Campus (Covered Area 75) - Photostat Shop at First Floor, near reserve room, Central Library, New Campus (Covered Area 54) - Photostat shop at Students Facilitation Centre, Female side (Covered Area 60) - Photostat Shop at Kuwait Hostel old campus, IIUI (Covered Area 55) - Photostat Shop, Hazrat Fatima R.A Block, ground floor, female campus (Covered Area 80) - Photostat Shop, Hazrat Fatima R.A Block, first floor, female campus (Covered Area 80) - Photostat Shop, Hazrat Maryam R.A Block, basement, Female Campus (Covered Area 80) The services contract shall initially be valid for one year with possible extension up to two years subject to satisfactory performance and compliance with PPRA rules including a 10% increase annually. Bidders must submit bids with a refundable Bid Security and non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 4000 each. Bids must be submitted via EPADS only. Technical bids will be opened in presence of bidders on November 9, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, at least three years of relevant university-level experience with documentary evidence, active income tax status, affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting by government or autonomous bodies, and relevant food authority license for food setups. The tender documents and bid security must be submitted in hard copy by November 9, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
