Police Department Upper Chitral invites sealed bids for the supply of vehicles and motorcycles for various police stations and check posts for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement aims to enhance operational mobility and efficiency across the district, ensuring timely response and patrolling capabilities in remote and urban areas. Items being procured: - Double Cabin Pickup 4x4 (Model 2021, Quantity: 1) - Single Cabin Pickup 4x4 (Model 2021, Quantity: 1) - Single Cabin Pickup 4x2 (Model 2021, Quantity: 3) - Motorcycle 150cc (Models 2002, 2011, 2020, Quantity: 3) - Motorcycle 125cc (Models 2012, 2008, 2026, Quantity: 6) All vehicles and motorcycles must be in excellent working condition, with valid registration and up-to-date documentation. Bidders must submit a call deposit of PKR 300,000 as Earnest Money in favor of DPO Upper Chitral, along with a copy of their NTN and proof of registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Only suppliers registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible to participate. The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 8 September 2024 at 10:00 AM at the office of the Superintendent of Police, Upper Chitral. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
