Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed E-Bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the development of P&ID, plot layout, and piping layout of the Chitral Depot. This opportunity is open to firms with a proven track record in similar engineering and layout development projects, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Items being procured: - Development of P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) for Chitral Depot - Plot layout preparation for Chitral Depot - Piping layout design for Chitral Depot The technical scope includes the preparation of detailed engineering drawings, site surveys, and the development of comprehensive layouts that meet industry standards for oil storage and handling facilities. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring all designs are compliant with regulatory and safety requirements. The project is located in Chitral, and bidders should be prepared for the logistical and technical challenges associated with remote site work. Eligible bidders must possess valid NTN, GST/PST certificates, and the CNIC of the owner or authorized representative. Only active tax payers will be considered. Bidders are required to submit a scanned, signed, and stamped request for tender documents on their official letterhead via SAP Ariba Portal, clearly mentioning the tender number. All supporting documents must be uploaded as per the instructions. Tender documents can be collected through SAP Ariba from 07.08.2026 to 24.08.2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM. The deadline for bid submission is 24.08.2026 till 02:15 PM, and bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM onwards via SAP Ariba.
