Supply of MS Rods, MS Strips, and Wood (Timber & Bamboos) for POF Wah Cantt

Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Wah Cantt, invites sealed or electronic bids from original manufacturers and authorized dealers or suppliers for the supply of various items as detailed below. This procurement is managed by the POF Supply Chain Management and is open to bidders registered with the income tax and sales tax departments. Items being procured: - MS Rods & MS Strips (09 items) against T.E No. 0011-LP-B&G-57-B, dt.15-09-2026 - Wood (Timber & Bamboos) (04 items) against T.E No. 0111-LP-B&G-57-B, dt.16-09-2026 The technical scope includes the supply of metal rods, strips, and various types of timber and bamboo as per the specifications provided in the bidding documents. All items must meet the quality standards and technical requirements set by POF. Bidders are required to submit item-wise details, specifications, and all other terms and conditions as outlined in the tender documents, which are available free of cost at the office of the undersigned or can be downloaded from the official POF website (www.pof.gov.pk). Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR for income tax and sales tax, and compliance with all technical and commercial requirements. Earnest Money and other bid securities must be submitted as per the instructions in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted online through the POF E-Bidding Portal (www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk) and also as sealed hard copies in the Bid Center adjacent to Rabta Hall, Wah Cantt, on or before the deadline of 22-10-2026, not later than 1100 hrs. Technical envelopes will be opened at 1130 hrs on the same day.
