A public sector organization invites sealed tenders under National Competitive Bidding from Income Tax / Sales Tax registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers, and importers for the supply of the following items in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Bearings, Flanges, Rings - Rods, Angles, C-Channels - Checkered Plates, Corrugated Sheets - H-Beams - Rails Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms can be obtained during office hours Monday to Friday on payment through Demand Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) in the name of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1175, Islamabad. Documents may be collected from the office of Incharge Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1175, Islamabad. Bids must be delivered by 11:00 hours on the bid opening date and will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bid must be accompanied by Bid Security at 2% of the total bid value in the form of Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1175, Islamabad. Quotations without or with less earnest money may be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule-33 of Public Procurement Rules-2004. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids including all required documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
