Tender Description

The Punjab Forest Department invites bids from Nursery Owners, Sale Agents, and Firms registered with Income Tax departments and possessing sufficient managerial capabilities for the plantation and development of green belts along D.M Road in Vehari City. This procurement is under the PC-I Scheme for the fiscal year 2026-27 and follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the newly introduced E-Procurement system. Items being procured: - Provision of Plant and Planting with Digging of Pits (Rough About V-Chowk) side land - Provision of Plant and Planting Carpet (Koran) Grass Burewala Road Entrance Gate to V Chowk Vehari - Provision of Plant and Planting V Chowk to Khanewal Chowk - Provision of Plant and Planting Khanewal Chowk to 93 More - Construction of Planter (1'5'6'4') 120 units - Digging of Pits in Center Median (4'3'3') 650 units - Digging of Pits in Center Median (9'2'6') 450 units - Digging of Pits for Trees (9'5'9') 1000 units - Civil Work Beautification of D.M Road Vehari City (Triangle) 4 units - Irrigation Charges for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Quarters (Tractor and labor hours specified) - Restocking of Plants (Lump Sum) - Store/Repair/Contingency Miscellaneous, Spray, Kana Foding for straightening of plants (Lump Sum) The scope includes comprehensive plantation activities, digging of pits, construction of planters, civil beautification works, irrigation for four quarters, restocking, and contingency services. The site is Vehari City, and the work must be completed within 45 days of issuance of work order with subsequent maintenance until 30-06-2027. Eligible bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and provide a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 5% of the estimated cost as earnest money. Contractors must submit original CDRs with their bids and comply with all government tax deductions. The technical and financial bids will be opened on 01-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Sahiwal Forest Division, Sahiwal. Bidders are advised to quote item-wise rates carefully as failure to quote for even a single item or quoting higher than prescribed rates will lead to rejection. The total amount will be calculated, and the lowest bid will be selected. All bids must be submitted before the closing date of 30-06-2027. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is fully registered with FBR and Punjab PPRA, and upload all required documents including the scanned CDR on the e-procurement portal well before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
