Procurement of Plastic Garbage Dustbins for Comsats University Islamabad Lahore Campus

Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of plastic garbage dustbins for its Lahore campus. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Items being procured: - Plastic Garbage Dustbins for commercial use with pedal and wheels - Model XDL 240U or equivalent - Capacity: 240 Litres - Material: High density polyethylene (HDPC) for durability - Rectangular shape - Weight approximately 14 Kg - Color: Green or Grey preferably - Quantity: 43 units The dustbins are intended for commercial use at the Comsats University Lahore campus located on Defence Road, Lahore. The technical specifications require durable, high-quality plastic material with pedal operation and wheels for ease of use. Bidders must provide samples within 3-5 days of bid opening for evaluation. Failure to provide samples or non-compliance with specifications may lead to bid rejection. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology. Eligible bidders include individuals, companies, or firms registered with FBR and other relevant authorities. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed. Bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft.
