Purchase of Laptops, Photocopier, Printers and Other Equipment for Capacity Building of IWTR Wing for Improved Regulation in the Wake of Climate Change

The Punjab Irrigation Department, through its Directorate of Indus Waters Treaty and Regulation in Lahore, invites e-Bids for the purchase of various office equipment aimed at capacity building of the IWTR wing to enhance regulation in response to climate change challenges. Items being procured: - Laptops - Photocopier - Printers - Other related equipment This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidding documents are available free of cost and can be downloaded from the PPRA website and Punjab e-Procurement System Portal. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System for submission of bids. The scope includes supply of the listed equipment to the Directorate of Indus Waters Treaty and Regulation office in Lahore. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and delivery timelines as per tender documents. Earnest money in the form of bid security at 5% of the estimated price is required, to be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Performance Guarantee at 10% of bid amount will be required from the lowest bidder. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The opening of bids will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer, Indus Waters Treaty, Punjab Irrigation Department, Old Anarkali, Lahore. Manual bids or submissions by other means will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. Payment will be made based on actual delivery and satisfactory services, subject to availability of funds.
