PMU-31/2026-27 Transmission Line Hardware Procurement

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is inviting sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Transmission Line Hardware under the contract reference PMU-31/2026-27 Transmission Line Hardware (Tender No. P90157). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed in Multan, Punjab. The items being procured include: - Nut Bolts (5/8" X 2") Full Thread, Quantity: 4500 - Nut Bolts (3/8" X 3") Full Thread, Quantity: 3100 - Nut Bolts (9/16" X 3") Full Thread, Quantity: 2600 - Nut Bolts (Tin coated) for Grid Station Equipments (17mm), Quantity: 1400 - Nut Bolts (Tin coated) for Grid Station Equipments (19mm), Quantity: 1400 - Off Size Braces, Quantity: 1000 All items are to be delivered to the Power Transmission Warehouse, Khanewal Road, Multan within 90 days from the date of contract award. The hardware must comply with NTDC specifications and IEC standards, with a warranty period of 2 years. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have valid PEC categories, and demonstrate prior experience with similar contracts. Bid security of PKR 119,700 is required in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on September 7, 2026, and will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
