132KV D/C Jampur-Fazilpur Transmission Line Pole Foundation Construction

The Office of Project Director (GSC), Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO), invites eligible contractors to execute civil works for construction of pole foundations on the 132KV D/C Jampur-Fazilpur Transmission Line, between location numbers 212 and 213. The work is associated with procurement reference P80446 and is to be performed at the stated transmission-line site. Mandatory item and job details are: Job without lots, Construction of Pole Foundations, delivery address 132KV Jampur-Fazilpur Transmission Line between locations 212-213, quantity 1/ft and bid security **PKR 25,000**; specification item 1, reinforced concrete pile of 1200/1600 mm diameter with pile caps, using SR cement, Sakhi Sarwar sand and crush; item 2, SPA plus 2M steel pole pile foundation, quantity 1 No, drawing PDW/TC-791 for bearing cap 1-Kg/cm, amount **PKR 1,030,571**. The BOQ notes that unit cost excludes Punjab Sales Tax. The technical scope covers site ground-clearance work, excavation and construction of reinforced concrete pile foundations, pile caps, associated steel pole foundation work, materials, labour, equipment, testing and completion in accordance with the drawings, specifications and price schedule. The delivery schedule shown in the jobs table is 15 days, while the expected commencement date is 15 September 2026. Bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council certificate at least Category C-6 with specialization codes CE-10 and CE-02, remain on the Active Taxpayer List, and submit income-tax returns for the last three years. They must provide Punjab Revenue Authority sales-tax registration, at least two comparable completed WAPDA, NTDC or DISCO contracts within ten years, financial turnover and bank evidence, and applicable non-blacklisting documentation. Bid security must be submitted as specified through pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, demand draft or bid-securing declaration. Bids must be prepared and submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by **24 August 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Manual bids are not accepted. The original hard copy of the bid-security instrument must reach GSC Complex near 132 KV Grid Station, Khanewal Road, Multan City. Opening will occur on EPADS at **24 August 2026 at 11:30 AM**.
