Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Multan Transmission Distribution Office, invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of specialized pumps required for operational and maintenance activities in Multan. The procurement includes three specific items: Portable Engine Driven Sludge Pump along with accessories, a 25 HP Turbine Pump, and an Engine Driven Hydrostatic Testing Pump. Items being procured:
- Portable Engine Driven Sludge Pump (Qty: 2) with suction/discharge size 4" x 3", engine rating 8-12 HP, flow rate 240-260 GPM, solids handling capacity up to 2", and accessories including suction and discharge pipes, steel frame trolley, and valves.
- Turbine Pump 25 HP (Qty: 1) with 5" x 4" size, 0.75 cusec capacity, 160 ft head, 25 HP electric motor, 1450 RPM, and MS delivery pipe with bronze impeller and SS shaft.
- Engine Driven Hydrostatic Testing Pump (Qty: 1) diesel driven, multi-plunger type, pressure rating up to 200 bar, discharge capacity 5-10 liters/min, with accessories including gauges, hoses, and wheeled cart. The technical scope covers delivery and installation at SNGPL Stores Department, Piran Ghaib Road, Multan, with a delivery schedule of 30 days. Bidders must provide brand names, technical literature, and country of origin for all items. Eligibility requires valid FBR registration, Professional Tax Certificate, and compliance with PEC categories if applicable. Bid security amounts are specified per item, and bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. Original bid security must be physically submitted to the SNGPL Stores Department before closing time. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
