Pre-Qualification for Annual Repairs and Maintenance of Office Building and Furniture for Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Islamabad

The Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Islamabad invites pre-qualification bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and reputed workshops registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must have offices or stocks in Rawalpindi or Islamabad for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement involves annual repairs and maintenance services specifically for the office building and furniture and fixtures of the Ministry. Items being procured: - Pre-Qualification of repair and maintenance of office building - Pre-Qualification of repair and maintenance of furniture and fixture The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance work ensuring the upkeep and functionality of the Ministry's office infrastructure and furniture. Eligible bidders must have at least two years of relevant experience, valid NTN, GST registration, and must not be blacklisted by any government or public sector organization. A bid security of Rs. 35,000/- in the form of a refundable Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Section Officer (General), M/o PASS is mandatory. Bids will be collected and opened through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) only; no manual or hard copy bids will be accepted. Interested bidders must register on EPADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and submit their documents online. The opening of bids will take place at the Ministry's Committee Room, 4th Floor, Evacuee Complex, F-5/1, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Successful bidders will sign a contract agreement valid until 30.06.2027. Payments will be made after satisfactory completion and inspection of work, with applicable government taxes deducted. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions and ensure timely submission through EPADS to avoid disqualification.
