Prequalification for Miscellaneous Civil, Sanitary, Painting, Repair and Maintenance Services at TDAP Karachi

Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) invites applications from Karachi based professional vendors for prequalification of services related to civil work, sanitary work, painting, repair works and other miscellaneous maintenance services for a period of three years. This prequalification aims to establish a panel of technically competent, financially sound, and legally compliant vendors to provide services on an as and when required basis under an Open Framework Agreement. The prequalification process will evaluate technical proposals only; financial quotations will be requested later through separate RFQs from prequalified vendors. Items being procured: - Civil Works: Floor tiles, Vinyl flooring, Wall paneling, Wallpapers, Roller blinds - Sanitary Works: Taps, Wash basins, Commode, Muslim shower - Painting: Whitewash, Emulsion paint, Primer - Repair Works: Furniture, AC, Office equipment - Other Miscellaneous Maintenance The scope covers various maintenance and repair works at TDAP premises in Karachi, including installation and repair of civil and sanitary fittings, painting, and servicing of office equipment. Vendors must be registered with FBR (NTN & GST) and have an office in Karachi. Eligibility requires valid NTN, SRB (if applicable), proof of office address, and affidavits regarding non-blacklisting and litigation status. Technical evaluation will be based on company profile, relevant experience, financial strength, and tax registration with a minimum passing score of 75 out of 100. Applications must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS portal before the closing date. The procurement committee will evaluate submissions and may call vendors for further discussions. The contract terms include timely delivery, use of genuine parts, warranty provision, and penalties for late or substandard work.
