Repair of Furniture, Fixture, Machinery and Equipment at Islamabad Model College for Girls

Islamabad Model College for Girls, I-8/4, Islamabad invites bids for the repair and maintenance of various items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is open to original manufacturers, authorized dealers, reputed stationers, and general order suppliers registered with income and sales tax departments and active taxpayers (ATL) of FBR, having their own offices or stocks in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Repair of Furniture & Fixture - Repair of Machinery & Equipment - Repair of Hardware The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for furniture, fixtures, machinery, and hardware at the college premises. Bidders must ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of repair works. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with relevant tax authorities and have a valid ATL status. A 2% bid security against each item must be submitted in original form. Tender bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned by 8th January 2026 before the opening of the tender. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of the firms' representatives. The Pre-Qualification/Tender committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance, providing reasons in accordance with PPRA rules 2004 as amended. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure all required documents and bid securities are included to avoid disqualification.
