Tender Description

The Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority (CCRA) Islamabad is inviting reputed Chartered Accountant firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification via an open framework agreement for a period of three years. The purpose is to conduct the audit of CCRA's accounts. This procurement is specifically for audit services and is being managed by the Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority in Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured: - Pre-qualification of audit firms for conducting audit of CCRA accounts The scope includes auditing the financial accounts of the Cannabis Control and Regulatory Authority under clause 16A of PPRA Rules. Firms must be duly authorized to practice in Pakistan, registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments, listed in the category 'A' list of the State Bank of Pakistan for carrying out audits, and must have a satisfactory Quality Control Rating from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Registration with ICMA and ICAP is also required. The EOI documents containing instructions to consultants and terms of reference are available free of cost on the PPRA website and CCRA's official website. Interested firms should prepare their EOIs in accordance with these instructions. The submission deadline is **Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM**, with the opening of EOIs scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
