Pre-Qualification of Automobile Workshops/Dealership/Firms for Repair and Maintenance of Operational Vehicles

The Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification of automobile workshops, dealerships, or firms for the repair and maintenance of operational vehicles of various makes and models. This includes mechanical and electrical repair, engine overhauling, denting and painting, diagnostic services, wheel alignment and balancing, supply and replacement of spare parts such as tyres and batteries, and other related consumables. Items being procured: - Mechanical and electrical repair services - Engine overhauling - Denting and painting - Diagnostic services - Wheel alignment and balancing - Supply and replacement of spare parts including tyres and batteries - Other related consumables Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience and capability in vehicle repair and maintenance, possess qualified technical personnel, adequate equipment and plant/facilities, sufficient workshop and parking space, and availability/access to genuine or quality-assured spare parts and consumables. Valid NTN and STRN/GST registration is required. Applicants must submit an affidavit declaring no blacklisting or debarment by any government department or procuring agency. The service provider must maintain an emergency response arrangement and provide warranty for defective workmanship or replaced parts. Applications must be submitted via the official EPADS portal by 12:00 p.m. on 28-09-2026. The pre-qualification notice will be published through the prescribed PPRA/ FBR websites and newspapers. Earnest money of Rs. 150,000/- in the form of a call deposit or pay order in favor of the DDO, Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Islamabad must accompany the application.
