Pre-Qualification for Various Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Works at HIT Taxila Cantt

The Military Engineer Services (MES) Taxila Cantt invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for various civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works at HIT Taxila Cantt for the financial year 2026-27. This tender notice is issued under the provisions of PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Items being procured: - Provision of External Electrification UK feeder to Mini Sub Station at HIT Taxila Cantt - Provision of External Electrification Mini Sub Station to CN Section Sub Station at HIT Taxila Cantt - Upgradation of Water Supply Line for S-VII Quarters at HIT Taxila Cantt - Upgrade of Water Supply line from OHWT to CFS, Building No. 40 & NBTL & TSF Quarters at HIT Taxila Cantt - Rehabilitation/Upgradation of Miscellaneous Street (S-III area) at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of 5 x Car Parking Shed for CMA at HIT Taxila Cantt - Roof Repair including allied Electrical & Mechanical works at HIT Taxila Cantt - 30 Work stations along with Chairs for QMD at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair/replacement of Roof of Skylights of MTI Workshop Shed at HIT Taxila Cantt - Electrical connection and Pre-Fabricated Compartment for 3D SLS Printer at HIT Taxila Cantt - Civil and allied works for UASF at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of drain and Miscellaneous works for UASF at HIT Taxila Cantt - Replacement of main Electrical Supply Cable at UASF at HIT Taxila Cantt - Periodic Services and maintenance of the Administration Management Block Water Pump Room, Electric Switch Room, room/office adjacent to the Boiler House, Security Office and Guard Room at the entrance, Factory Gates and Boundary Walls at HIT Taxila Cantt - Pre-fabricated Community Toilet Block for workers (20 toilets) including allied utilities and works at HIT Taxila - Replacement of 23 faulty high bay lights 100 W in Technical Building at HIT Taxila Cantt - Replacement of 27 Industrial Bracket Fans in Technical Building and 10 at HIT Armorer Shop at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair/replacement of exhaust fans quantity 4 in shed 19 at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair/replacement of lights quantity 25, 85 watt in shed 19 at HIT Taxila Cantt - Repair/Replacement of 2 Air Circuit Breakers of Shop-K at HIT Taxila Cantt - Provision of Water Supply and Gas Connection to boiler (SPS) at HIT Taxila Cantt - Construction of Boiler room for installation of Boiler size 25' x 35' Height 20', Door size 12' x 12' (SPS) at HIT Taxila Cantt The scope covers extensive civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works at various locations within HIT Taxila Cantt. Contractors must have relevant PEC categories A, B, C, D, or E and must submit complete credentials including FBR/ATL registration and experience certificates. Earnest money deposit of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of FDR or deposit at call pledged in the name of CMES (DP) Taxila is required. Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days after advertisement. Tender documents will be issued only to firms meeting the qualification criteria by 27 August 2026. Tender submission deadline is 08 September 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Interested bidders should carefully prepare their technical and financial bids with all required documentation and earnest money to avoid disqualification. Early submission and complete documentation improve chances of qualification.
