Chitral Irrigation Division, Chitral invites bids from eligible contractors enlisted with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Works Department through EPADS portal. Contractors must have renewed registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for the Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant category and code. Items being procured: - Construction of Flood Protection works Along Mastuj River at Pachili, Avi and Sonoghor and its tributaries - Construction of Flood Protection works at Alyan, Shogram, Parpish, Charun and Bumbagh Riverside - Construction of Flood Protection works at Junali Koch & Krui Junali Riverside - Construction of Flood Protection works at Brep Riverside - Construction of Flood Protection works at Shahidas, Harchin, Raman, Gasht Bala, Phargram Bitaan Bokht, Mastuj and various reaches in Laspur Valley along Laspur River and its tributaries - Construction of Flood Protection works at Muxen Oweer, Kosht, Sama Gole, Warijun, Kushum, Pindorgaz, Machigoli Saht Bala, and various reach along Mulkhow River and its tributaries - Construction of Flood Protection works at Reshun Gole and Zait Gole - Construction of Flood Protection works at Yarkhun Lasht to Broghal along Yarkhun River and its tributaries - Construction of Flood Protection works at Booni Area - Construction of Flood Protection works at Avi gole, Mem Gole & Sonoghor Gole - Construction of Flood Protection works at Brep Gole & Chikan Gole - Construction of Flood Protection works at Khruzg & Dizg Gole - Construction of Flood Protection works at Bang, Meragram & Yukum Goles - Construction of Flood Protection works at Gazeen Gole - Construction of Flood Protection works at Zondragram, Warimon, Shuch, Payeen Nichagh, Gang etc. in Terich Valley along Mulkhow River and tributaries The scope includes main roads, bridges, flood protection works, and check dams in District Upper Chitral. The works require PEC registration in categories C-4, C-5, or C-6 with specialization CE-04 (II) or CE-04 (VII). Bidders must upload bids through the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) before the closing date. Required documents include a signed BOQ, CNIC, valid PEC license, enlistment with KPK Works Department, active KPRA registration, and active FBR status. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost plus stamp duty in the form of CDR issued in favor of Xen Irrigation Division Chitral is mandatory. The last date for submission and opening of bids is 12 October 2026 at 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM respectively. Technical bids will be evaluated on the basis of the Engineer's estimate and MRS applicable. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 6 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Chitral Irrigation Division.
