Pre-Qualification for Construction and Supply Works by Military Engineer Services Islamabad

Military Engineer Services (MES) Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for upcoming tenders related to construction and supply works. The pre-qualification is for firms enlisted with MES in category 'A' & 'B' or other government departments with relevant experience. The works are located primarily in Karachi and include construction and supply of various materials. Items being procured: - Construction of 50x Bedded Hospital at Younasabad Karachi - Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 2000 KG Passenger / Cargo Lift for Construction of 3rd Floor at Karachi - Provision of Bazar Supply Materials (Water Supply Pipes & Fitting Fixture (PPR)) at Karachi - Provision of Bazar Supply Materials (Water Supply Pipes & Fitting / Fixture (CPVC)) at Karachi - Provision of Bazar Supply Materials (Electric Fitting / Fixture & Switch & Socket) at Karachi - Provision of Bazar Supply Materials (Electric Cable) at Karachi - Provision of Bazar Supply Materials (LED Lights) at Karachi - Provision of Bazar Supply Materials (Electric Fitting & Fixtures) at Karachi - Provision of Bazar Supply Materials (Water Supply GI Pipe and Fitting & Fixture Items) at Karachi - Provision of Bazar Supply (Electric MCB) at Karachi The scope covers construction of hospital infrastructure, installation of lifts, and supply of electrical and water supply materials at Karachi sites. Firms must provide company profiles including details of similar works completed in the last five years, manpower with valid PEC numbers, tools and machinery details, bank statements for last two years, and registration certificates including NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES. Only firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council or those renewing registration by 30th June 2027 will be considered. Prequalified firms will be issued tender documents upon depositing bid security equal to 2% of quoted bid cost in favor of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad. Tenders must be submitted to HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E8, Naval Complex, Islamabad by 1130 hours on 12 November 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day. Bidders should ensure complete and accurate documentation to avoid rejection.
