Repair and Maintenance of RCC Boundary Wall, Perimeter Steel Fencing, Desilting and Cleaning of Storm Water Drainage, Sewerage Manholes/Network, Underground Wastewater Tank/STP Tank, UPVC Doors & Paint Work at Khairpur Special Economic Zone

Sindh Economic Zones Management Company (SEZMC) Karachi invites qualified contractors for comprehensive repair and maintenance works at Khairpur Special Economic Zone (KSEZ). The scope includes repair and maintenance of RCC boundary wall and perimeter steel fencing, desilting and cleaning of storm water drainage and sewerage manholes/network, cleaning of underground wastewater tank/STP tank, installation of UPVC doors, and painting work of the Admin Building. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance of RCC boundary wall - Perimeter steel fencing - Desilting and cleaning of storm water drainage - Sewerage manholes/network cleaning - Cleaning of underground wastewater tank/STP tank - Installation of UPVC doors (18 Nos.) - Painting and weather coat application on surfaces The technical scope covers excavation, lean concrete, RCC concrete works, brick masonry, stone pitching, plastering, steel reinforcement, metal works, waterproofing, dewatering, and painting as per detailed specifications and drawings. The project duration is 45 days with strict adherence to quality standards including PEC registration category C5 and above (CE-01, CE-09, CE-10), valid FBR and SRB registration, and experience of at least one project within a Special Economic Zone in the last three years. Bidders must submit bids online via the EPADS portal and provide a bid security of PKR 470,000 in the form of Call or Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The bid security must be submitted physically to SEZMC office before 11:00 am on 12th November 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon at SEZMC office, 2nd Floor, Block A, Bahria Complex IV, Gizri, Karachi. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration, NTN & SRB valid certificates, affidavit of no blacklisting, pending litigation details, and financial soundness with net capital of at least PKR 30 million.
