Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Development Works at Housing Scheme (28+19) and Construction of 19.1 Kilometer Boundary Wall

Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors/firms for major development works at its housing scheme in Islamabad. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-A or above, with valid codes ME03, ME02, EE11, CE10, and BC03. Firms must also be registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP) for relevant works. Experience in similar projects, financial soundness, and compliance with government procurement rules are mandatory. Interested firms should submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with all required documents, including valid PEC and PCATP certificates, company profile, experience details, and National Tax Number (NTN).
