Tender Description
Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital (NORIN) Nawabshah invites pre-qualification proposals from reputable pharmaceutical companies, approved distributors, and suppliers across Pakistan for the purchase of drugs and medicines under the Pakistan Bait ul Maal (I.F.A) Programme for the years 2026 and 2027. The procurement is for a two-year period and aims to supply cancer treatment medicines to patients at AECH-NORIN. The bidding process follows Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended 2019) with a single stage two envelope procedure.
Bidders must be registered with DRAP, FBR, and Sales Tax Department, and have at least three years of relevant supply experience in reputable hospitals. The contract includes detailed terms, conditions, and qualification criteria, with bids to be submitted online via SPPRA EPADS. The contract period is initially one year with possible extension for another year. Payment terms include 30% payment after end-user satisfactory certificate and full payment after complete supply and inspection. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA rules.
