Faisalabad invites construction firms to pre-qualify and enlist for the development works of WAPDA City Phase 2, a high-tech, self-sustained, environmentally friendly housing scheme in Faisalabad. The society seeks firms registered with PEC in Category C-2 Minimum and other relevant professional institutes. Items being procured: - Infrastructure Works: Asphaltic Roads, Main Boulevards, Pathways & Storm-Water Drainage Networks - Utilities: Underground Electrification, Street Lighting, Water Supply Distribution & Sewerage Networks - Civil Works: Boundary Walls, Main Gate Structures, Overhead/Underground Water Tanks & Community Buildings - Horticulture & Landscaping: Green Belts, Parks & Plantation Work The scope covers comprehensive construction and development including roads, utilities, civil structures, and landscaping within the WAPDA City Phase 2 site. Firms must demonstrate relevant expertise and provide detailed documentation including PEC registration with renewal letter, FBR and SECP registration, firm profile with staff CVs, project experience with timelines, construction equipment ownership proof, affidavit of non-blacklisting, enlistment with various organizations, and audited financial statements for the last five years. Technical and financial proposals will be invited only from prequalified firms.
