Pre-Qualification of Firms for Provision of Certain Facilities and Furniture at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore & Turbat

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and contractors for the provision of certain facilities and furniture across multiple cities including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, and Turbat. This tender is issued by HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Provision of Certain Facilities at Karachi - Provision of Certain Facilities at Islamabad - Provision of Certain Facilities at Lahore - Provision of Certain Facilities at Turbat - Provision of Furniture at Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore & Turbat The scope includes the supply and installation of facilities and furniture at the specified locations. Firms must be enlisted with MES in category 'A' & 'B' or other government departments with relevant experience. Applicants must submit a company profile including details of similar works completed in the last five years with sponsoring agency references, enrolled manpower with valid PEC numbers, details of tools, plants and machinery, bank statements for the last two years, and valid NTN, FBR, PEC, and MES registration certificates. Firms not registered or renewing their Pakistan Engineering Council registration by 30th June 2027 will not be considered. Prequalified firms will be required to deposit a bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost in favor of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad. Tender documents will be issued only to prequalified firms. The tender submission deadline is 28 October 2026 by 1130 hours at HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad, with opening at 1200 hours the same day. Bids will be evaluated based on criteria set by HQ DW&CE (N). The lowest evaluated responsive bid will be accepted.
