Pre-Qualification of Firms/Sole Proprietors/Dealers for Supply and Maintenance of Building Accessories and Machinery Equipment

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Islamabad invites sealed bids from firms, sole proprietors, and dealers who own state-of-the-art shops for the supply of various types of building accessories and repair/maintenance of machinery and equipment for the current financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Different types of building accessories - Repair and maintenance services for machinery and equipment Bidders must be registered with PPRA as vendors and also registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Inclusion in the Active Tax Payer's List of FBR is mandatory. The bidding documents and criteria for pre-qualification/evaluation can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA/FBR website. Hard copies are also available from Room No. 518 before office closing hours. Completed bids must be submitted by 10:30 AM on 24th August 2026 following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. A bid security of PKR 300,000 is required with all bids. The bids will be opened on 24th August 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room of FBR (HQ) Islamabad in the presence of bidders' representatives. FBR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration and tax compliance before submission and to strictly follow the submission deadline to avoid disqualification.
