Pre-Qualification of Firms/Workshops for Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles

The Prime Minister's Office (Internal) Islamabad invites electronic bids for the pre-qualification of firms and workshops specialized in the repair and maintenance of official vehicles. This includes services such as denting, painting, and the supply of spare parts and batteries for official vehicles during the Financial Year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance services for official vehicles - Denting and painting - Supply of spare parts - Supply of batteries Interested firms/workshops must be registered with GST, NTN, and be active on the Tax Payer List (ATL). They should have a complete setup in Rawalpindi or Islamabad and are required to upload their bids/quotations on the EPADS portal at www.epads.gov.pk. The bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, list of vehicles, required services, and bid format, are available on the EPADS portal. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 50,000 (refundable) is required in the name of DDO, Prime Minister's Office (Internal), to be submitted at the time of bid opening. Bids will be opened as per the schedule in the office of the undersigned in the presence of representatives of the firms/workshops who wish to attend. Pre-qualification will be valid until the end of the current financial year, i.e., 30th June 2027. The office reserves the right to reject any tenders or quotations prior to acceptance and may communicate grounds for rejection upon request, though justification is not mandatory.
