Pre-Qualification of General Contractor for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, Burn & Plastic Surgery and Trauma Care, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from eligible applicants for the subject procurement concerning the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, Burn & Plastic Surgery and Trauma Care located in Lahore. The scope of work involves construction of buildings and infrastructure development including Civil, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical & Fire Fighting works, as well as External Development works. The execution of these works requires deployment of all necessary materials, labor (skilled and unskilled), formwork, tools, and machinery. Items being procured: - Construction of buildings - Civil works - Architectural works - Plumbing works - Electrical works - Mechanical works - Fire Fighting works - External Development works The estimated cost for this project is approximately Rs. 6.152 Million, covering an area of approximately 247,422 square feet. The required PEC category for bidders is C-A. Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. The PQ Document and PQ Notice containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available for registered applicants on the Punjab e-Procurement System at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response time shall be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of this advertisement on the Authority (PPRA) Subject Advertisement, which was published on 02 September 2026. PQ proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 29 September 2026, no later than 03:00 PM. The prequalification proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Any proposal received through any mode other than the Punjab e-Procurement System shall not be considered. If the last date for submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for proposal submission and opening. Bidders are advised to ensure timely registration and submission on the e-Procurement portal to avoid last-minute technical issues. Early preparation of documents and earnest money in the form of CDR or Pay Order as per PQ requirements is recommended to ensure compliance and avoid disqualification.
