Pre-Qualification for General Contractor for Construction and Infrastructure Development at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites eligible applicants to submit pre-qualification proposals for the role of General Contractor for construction and infrastructure development at the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, Burn & Plastic Surgery and Trauma Care (Nawaz Sharif Medical District) in Lahore. Items being procured: - Construction of buildings - Civil works - Architectural works - Plumbing - Electrical - Mechanical - Fire Fighting works - External Development Works The scope includes deployment of all necessary materials, labor, formwork, tools, and machinery to complete the works. The covered area is approximately 247,422 square feet with an estimated cost of approximately PKR 6,152 Million. The required PEC category for bidders is C-A. Applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. The PQ document and detailed requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 29th September 2026 at 03:00 PM. Prequalification proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted by any other means will not be considered. If the last submission date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. Bidders should ensure timely registration and submission on the e-Procurement portal to avoid disqualification. It is advisable to review the PQ document carefully for compliance with PEC category and other eligibility criteria before submission.
