Pre-Qualification for General Contractor for Construction at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases and Bone Marrow Transplantation, Lahore

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites prequalification proposals for a significant construction project at the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases and Bone Marrow Transplantation located in Lahore. This procurement is aimed at selecting a qualified general contractor to undertake the construction of buildings and infrastructure development. PQ proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 08 October 2026, no later than 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Any proposals received through other means will not be considered. If the last submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
