Pre-Qualification for Supply and Installation of Lab Automation Systems for Nishtar Hospital Multan

Nishtar Hospital Multan invites pre-qualification applications from manufacturers or sole agents of foreign principals registered with income and sales tax departments for supply and placement of latest available models of laboratory automation equipment and machinery on a rental basis for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Total Lab Automation System possessing Pre-Analytic Module Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyzer & Automated Immunoassay Analyzer all connected on Track on Rental Reagent Basis - Fully Automated 07 Parts Hematology Analyzer on Rental Reagent Basis The procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Technical and financial separate bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) website by 15-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM and 12:00 Noon respectively in the office of the Medical Superintendent, Nishtar Hospital Multan. Bidders must ensure timely uploading of bids on the e-Procurement portal and are advised not to wait until the last moment. Registration on the PPRA website is mandatory. The hospital will not be responsible for any issues arising from late or incomplete submissions. Eligibility includes registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities, and compliance with PEC categories if applicable. Earnest Money and bid security requirements will be as per PPRA rules.
