Pre-Qualification of Law Firms for Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL)

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the pre-qualification of law firms to provide legal services. This EOI follows the procurement advertisement uploaded on the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) version 2.0 dated 11th September 2026. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rule 16 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and all relevant regulations and guidelines issued by the Authority. The e-bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted. Every law firm currently or previously enlisted or empaneled with PRCL must apply afresh under this EOI. Previous enlistment or empanelment does not guarantee automatic pre-qualification or continuation and will be superseded by this process.
