Pre-Qualification of Firms/Contractors/Suppliers/Service Providers for PMDC Collieries Sor Range Miscellaneous Categories

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites applications for Pre-Qualification of Firms, Contractors, Suppliers, and Service Providers in miscellaneous categories through an Open Framework Agreement for PMDC Collieries Sor Range located in Quetta. This prequalification is intended to establish a panel of qualified suppliers for subsequent procurement of goods and services related to mining operations. Items being procured include: - Lot No. 01: Supply/Repair of miscellaneous Mine Machinery items - Lot No. 02: Supply/Repair of Haulage, Gear Box, Locomotive etc. The detailed list of items covers a wide range of mining machinery parts and accessories such as Water Body Locomotive, Fan Belts, Oil Separators, Batteries of various amperages, Clutch Plates, Air Filters, Mining Helmets, Grease, Magnetic Contactors, Diesel Pumps, Circuit Breakers, Solar Cables, NVR Power Supplies, Cameras, Fiber Optic Components, Welding Glasses, and many more specialized items essential for mining operations. The scope includes supply and repair services to be delivered at PMDC premises in Islamabad and Quetta as per purchase orders. All supplied items must be brand new, defect-free, original from OEMs, and come with a minimum one-year warranty. Delivery timelines and penalties for delays are clearly defined. Payment will be made upon 100% satisfactory completion of each order. Eligibility criteria require active registration with relevant authorities, no litigation or blacklisting, and compliance with conflict of interest rules. Evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with technical marks and experience requirements. Prequalified firms must deposit a security money of Rs. 50,000 per category. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 29th September 2026 at 11:00 AM.
