Tender Description
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites bids for pre-qualification of firms, contractors, suppliers, and service providers under an open framework arrangement for its Salt Mines located at Jatta Bahadur Khel, Karak. This pre-qualification is open to parties registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and active on the income and sales tax lists.
Items being procured:
- Lot 01: General Repair/Maintenance, Road Repairs, Civil Works & other day to day operational activities
- Lot 02: Mine Development Activities
- Lot 03: Repair/Maintenance of Vehicles including supply of parts/tires
- Lot 04: Stationary Items, office supplies, cartridges, Printing of Stationary, Pana-flex, Banners, Boards, Book Binding, Compiling etc. & other consumables
- Lot 05: Computer Hardware & Accessories (IT Equipment's), Networking, Communication Tools, Security Equipment's, Cameras/CCTV, etc. and repair/maintenance servicing thereof
- Lot 06: Plumbing and Hardware works/items
The scope covers a wide range of services and supplies including civil works, vehicle maintenance, office supplies, IT equipment, and plumbing. Interested firms must ensure compliance with FBR registration and active taxpayer status. Pre-qualification documents with detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA website and PMDC website or obtained free of cost from PMDC Head Office Islamabad or PMDC Salt Mines Jatta Bahadur Khel Karak.
Hard copies of proposals must reach PMDC Salt Mines Jatta Bahadur Khel by 07 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participants who wish to attend. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are expected as per the pre-qualification documents.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the pre-qualification criteria and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of documents and site visits, if possible, will enhance bid quality and compliance.
