Pre-Qualification for Tender Repair Maintenance for Financial Year 2026-27 by Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh

The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Sindh under the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites pre-qualification applications for Tender Repair Maintenance for the Financial Year 2026-27. This tender is open to GST holders, firms, and vendors who meet the eligibility criteria and are registered with FBR. Items being procured: - Transportation of Goods - Conference / Seminar / Workshop - Exhibition, Fair and Others - Transport (Repair & Maintenance of Vehicles) - Machinery Items (AC, Lift, Photocopier Machine, Generator Repair & Maintenance) - Repair of Office Buildings The scope covers repair and maintenance services for transportation, machinery, and office buildings. Tender documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website or obtained from the office for Rs. 1000. Bidders must submit sealed bids with a bid bond of Rs. 50,000 in the form of bank draft or pay order. All bidders must be registered with FBR and have at least 3 years of relevant experience with government departments. The tender will be evaluated on cost and quality basis. Payment will be made through AGPR cheque after completion of official procedures. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of taxes. Key dates include the bid submission deadline on 25 September 2026 (Friday) at 11:30 AM, with bids opening on the same day. Earnest money of successful bidders will be retained as performance guarantee throughout FY2026-27.
