Pre-Qualification for Repair and Renovation Work of Office Building at Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore

The Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore invites experienced and reputable companies, contractors, firms, AOPs, and individuals to submit electronic bids for the repair and renovation work of the office building (both exterior and interior) of the Academy. This procurement is conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using the single stage-single envelope procedure as per Rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules. The scope includes comprehensive repair and renovation works to restore and improve the office building facilities at the Inland Revenue Service Academy in Lahore. Items being procured: - Repair and renovation work of the office building (exterior and interior) Bidders must have valid registration with tax and other relevant authorities, be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of Income Tax and Sales Tax issued by the Federal Board of Revenue, and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Registration C-4 or above with specialization in BC01, BC02, CE01, CE04, CE08, CE09, CE10, CE11(i), CE11(ix), CE11(vii), EE11(vi), EE11(viii), EE11(v), EE11(xix), EE(xvii), ME01, ME02, ME04, ME05, ME06, ME07(v), ME07(x). A documented record of at least 6 to 7 consecutive years of professional experience is required. The tender must be accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Director General, Inland Revenue Service Academy, Lahore. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Manual submissions are not allowed. The deadline for submission is 08.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the Inland Revenue Service Academy Lahore via EPADS. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late submissions or submissions by any other mode will be rejected. Payment will be made based on actual measurement of work executed at site as verified by the committee.
