A Federal Government Organization in Lahore invites e-applications from registered firms/workshops for pre-qualification to supply spare parts and provide repair and maintenance services for official 04/02 wheelers including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, ISUZU, Suzuki, Hino Bus and Honda Motorcycles for the financial year 2025-26. The scope includes mechanical, electrical, denting, painting, suspension, oil changes, batteries, wheel alignment, and AC services. The prequalification will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) with bids submitted electronically. Eligible firms must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR, and have their own workshops, stock, manpower, and expertise in Lahore. The process includes evaluation based on tax registration, workshop competence, genuine parts availability, affidavit of no blacklisting, financial soundness, vendor number, experience, and client list. The deadline for submission is 31 December 2025 at 12:00 PM with bid opening on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Federal Government Organization, 94-Upper Mall, Lahore.
