Pre-Qualification for Supply of Sportswear Items in Sports Board Punjab

Sports Board Punjab (SBP), an autonomous body established by the Government of Punjab for promotion and development of sports in the Punjab Province, invites eligible Companies, Firms, and Sole Proprietors for pre-qualification to supply sportswear items for the financial year 2026-27 (extendable) as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 through E-Tendering. Items being procured: - Supply of Sportswear Items The scope includes providing quality sportswear items suitable for various sports activities under the Sports Board Punjab. Interested firms must submit their applications on the prescribed format along with all relevant information and requisite documents for pre-qualification. A complete set of Pre-Qualification Documents (PQD) in English can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, PPRA Punjab website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, and Sports Board Punjab website https://sportsboard.punjab.gov.pk. The complete EOI application must be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 30.09.2026 (Wednesday) at 11:45 AM. The PQD will be opened on the same day at 12:15 PM at the address below. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements will be as per the tender documents. Bidders are advised to ensure all pages of their application are signed and stamped. Incomplete or vague E-Prequalification documents will not be entertained.
