Tender Description
The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications along with credentials for pre-qualification of firms and contractors and issuance of tender documents for various construction and rehabilitation works at the HQ DW&CE (DP) near Gate No.7, GHQ Rawalpindi. This tender notice covers multiple projects involving civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works at the ARF PAC Kamra Tech Area.
Items being procured:
- Rehabilitation/upgradation of Cobra Hangar Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra (Approx cost Rs. 13.825 Million)
- Provision of Certain Facilities at P-02 (Approx cost Rs. 42.413 Million)
- Provision of Certain Facilities at P-09 (Approx cost Rs. 20.560 Million)
- Construction of Machines Foundation of Cobra Hangar Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra (Approx cost Rs. 23.432 Million)
- Provision of Certain Facilities at P-06 (Approx cost Rs. 15.152 Million)
- Provision of Certain Facilities at P-04 (Approx cost Rs. 49.852 Million)
- Provision of Certain Facilities at P-09 (Approx cost Rs. 19.376 Million)
- Rehabilitation/upgradation of Main Offices & Galleries in H&ST Shop at Tech Area ARF PAC Kamra (Approx cost Rs. 14.869 Million)
The scope includes comprehensive civil works, electrical installations, mechanical repairs, and plumbing services at the specified locations. Firms must have relevant PEC registration in categories C-2, C-3, C-4, or C-5 valid until June 2026, preferably enlisted with MES in categories A, B, or C. A refundable 2% bid security is required for non-enlisted firms. Pre-qualified firms will be issued tenders, and no outstanding DI&E recoveries or special reports should exist.
Applications must include work orders, project locations, pictures, satisfactory completion certificates, personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms and contractors. Submission deadline is 13 November 2026 by 1130 hours at HQ DW&CE (DP) GHQ Rawalpindi, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
