The Gwadar Development Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the up-gradation of the Water Box Boundary Wall at Central Herbio Park Gwadar for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Up-gradation of Water Box Boundary Wall at Central Herbio Park Gwadar This project involves civil works including boundary wall construction and maintenance at a key public park in Gwadar. The scope requires experienced contractors with PEC registration in category C-6 and specialized code CE10 (i) for General Buildings and Maintenance. Bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. Firms must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan and should have completed at least two assignments of similar nature. A minimum turnover of PKR 3,538,089 in previous years is required to demonstrate financial capacity. Tender fee is PKR 1,000 and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost, payable via Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank.
