Items being procured: - Term Contracts (TC) for E&M Works including Internal Electrical, Water Supply, and Sui Gas in E&M Sub Division under GE (A) Multan - Term Contracts for Decoration works in B&R Sub Division I & II at Multan - Term Contracts (TC) for B&R works in Sub Division B&R-I & II at Multan / DG Khan under GE (A) Multan - Repair / Renovation Works at different locations in DG Khan and Multan - Provision of Minor, Major and Renovation works at DG Khan and Multan Area under GE (A) Multan - Repair / Renovation Works of different Headquarters at Multan - Bazar Supply Works (Electrical & Mechanical Supply) B&R-I, II & E&M Sub Division at Multan - Repair / Renovation of FG Public Schools at Multan - Repair / Replacement of Electrical wiring, Fitting / Fixture and Earthing works at HQ 404 Army Avn Gp - Repair / Maintenance & Rewinding of Ceiling Fans at different locations in Multan - Repair / Installation of Electric Fans in Sldrs Mess and Account Office at Multan Cantt - Repair / Renovation Works at HQ 2 Corps Multan The scope covers electrical, mechanical, building repair, decoration, and supply works across multiple sites. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit proof of registration. Only contractors on the approved MES list in Category 'E' and above are eligible. Earnest money at 2% of estimated cost is required along with certificates detailing work executed in the last two years.
