Construction of CC Road from Old Airport Road Bypass to Ratnor Road Part-01 Umerkot

The Municipal Committee Umerkot invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the construction of a Cement Concrete (CC) Road from Old Airport Road Bypass to Ratnor Road Part-01 in Umerkot city. This procurement is under the standard bidding documents of SPPRA and aims to improve local infrastructure with a project completion period of 12 months. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2026-27, hold an active NTN and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and have valid Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Umerkot. Minimum experience requirements include at least two ongoing and two completed similar works with supporting documentation. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA E-Procurement System (EPADS) portal at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk by 06-11-2026 at 09:00 AM. The bid opening will take place the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of Municipal Committee Umerkot. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
