Routine Maintenance Work on M-1/M-2 Interchange to NIIA and Thallian Interchange to NIIA Road Including Loops of Interchanges and Periphery Road

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites experienced and registered contractors for routine maintenance work on the M-1/M-2 Interchange to NIIA (5.5 KM) and Thallian Interchange to NIIA Road (8.6 KM), including loops of interchanges and the periphery road in Attock. This project involves detailed maintenance activities to ensure the safety and functionality of these critical highway sections. Items being procured: - Routine maintenance work on M-1/M-2 Interchange to NIIA (5.5 KM) - Routine maintenance work on Thallian Interchange to NIIA Road (8.6 KM) - Maintenance of loops of interchanges - Maintenance of periphery road The technical scope includes all necessary materials and labor to maintain the road surfaces, signage, drainage, and peripheral infrastructure to the required standards. Contractors must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and have valid PEC registration in category C-5 or above, with specialization codes CE-01 and CE-10. Earnest money amounting to 2% of the engineer estimated cost (Rs. 28,313) is required as bid security. Bidding documents are available for free download from October 20, 2026, on the official NHA e-bidding website. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure by November 3, 2026, before 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours.
