The GE (Navy) Lahore invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors and firms for a comprehensive range of works including washing, polishing, repair, maintenance, decoration, electrical, and water supply services across multiple locations including Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Bahawalpur, and Rahim Yar Khan. These works are to be carried out at various naval and related facilities primarily in Lahore and Faisalabad, with additional sites in Multan, Sialkot, Bahawalpur, and Rahim Yar Khan. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC and active on the FBR ATL. Contractors on the approved MES list or other government departments with relevant experience may apply. Those not on the MES approved list must provide proof of registration with the concerned department, financial standing, staff and equipment details, and past experience. Earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost is required from contractors not on the MES approved list, refundable if not pre-qualified or unsuccessful. Applications must include detailed information on previous works, performance reports, and financial credentials, attested by a Class-1 Gazetted Officer. The deadline for submission is 26 August 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
